Let’s Make Your Property Look
Like New Again!
From our years of experience in the insurance restoration industry, we have developed strong working relationships with many of the nation’s largest insurance companies. SquareOne will work with your insurance company to ensure that your settlement covers the cost of labor and materials required to get your home or business back to normal. Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible for you. SquareOne will walk you through the claims process, work with your insurance company, and get the exterior of your home looking like new again!
The inspection will determine if you have storm damage and whether you should submit an insurance claim or not.
If sufficient damage is found, we’ll discuss our findings with you, answer any questions you have, and recommend that you contact your insurance company to file a property claim. If it makes you more comfortable, we’re happy to assist you with this call.
We will meet with your insurance company’s adjuster at your property on the day of the scheduled insurance inspection.
Our project manager will walk the property with the adjuster during the inspection and come to an agreement on the scope of the damages.
You’ll receive an adjuster’s report from your insurance company detailing the damage that was found and how much they are willing to pay for the repairs. Your SquareOne project manager will review the estimate to determine whether the insurance company assessment will be enough to repair the damage to your home.
If we find that the proper repairs cannot be completed within the adjuster’s current scope and price, we will submit a supplemental estimate for repairs to your insurance company with proper documentation to support the estimate. This may happen several times throughout the restoration process. For example, permits, code upgrades, unseen damages, missed damages, etc.
We will do our best to get you the money you need to fix your home.
Now for the fun part! After the insurance company and SquareOne have settled on a price for repairs, your project manager will meet with you to select materials for your project. After materials are selected, the office will call you to schedule a start date for your project.
Upon completion of work, we will bill your insurance company, letting them know that all repairs are complete. The insurance company payments are paid directly to you. You will be responsible for using those payments to pay SquareOne for work completed.
Upon completion of your project, SquareOne Exteriors will pass all necessary city inspections and set up a time to meet with you to walk around your property.
During this appointment, your SquareOne project manager will make sure that you are completely satisfied with our work and will collect all final payments. A warranty packet, including final receipt and a satisfaction survey, will be mailed to you shortly after.
